TESOL CERTIFICATION COURSE
The TESOL Certification course is the first step toward your ESL teaching future and higher education.
Within the foundation course, fundamental ESL skills are then practically applied through lesson planning; lesson analysis; student demographics; lesson design; teacher preparation; practical subjects application and theories; philosophy of teaching; teaching styles and theory based research.
The AIT TESOL Certification Course with all components combined is a total of 156 hours, including 2 components:
1. Core Teacher Training: 36 hours – In-class training with international trainers – Observed teaching practice with assessed feedback
2. Specialized Teaching Modules: 120 hours – Self-study with two key skill subjects
We offer 02 (two) course schedules that allow you to enhance your career at a time that will suit your schedule and lifestyle. You can choose from the intensive Day Course and Weekend Course.

Experience: 34 Years training, 18 years ESL teaching and TESOL training in Vietnam. International TESOL conference presenter. Academic Adviser, Director of Studies for various Educational facilities in Vietnam.

Director, EDUCAP - AIT TESOL
Experience: With a professional background spanning more than 20 years, I have gained extensive expertise in the field of education, operating within both domestic and global arenas. My notable competencies lie in curriculum development, teacher training, and educational quality assurance.
Philosophy: I consistently uphold the belief that effective education should be approached with both passion and wholehearted dedication, alongside professionalism.
Academic Manager
EXPERIENCE: 15 years in the ESL industry with the leading English Language Centers in Vietnam. Experience includes teaching, recruitment, training and management.
PHILOSOPHY: It’s about confidence. With the right foundation of knowledge and understanding of key principles, ESL teaching can become an incredibly rewarding experience for everyone.
Operations Manager
Experience: Over 5 years of experience delivering Business English classes to numerous enterprises in Vietnam. Ensure smooth teaching operation and administer ongoing quality assurance.
Philosophy: Strive for progress, not perfection. Teaching is a work of heart.
Senior Trainer
Experience: Nearly 10 years teaching experience in Vietnam, from general communication classes to ESP courses focusing on test preparation. Experience in curriculum design and teacher development.
Philosophy: Being a teacher is largely about finding creative ways to connect with your classes and create a fun learning environment; when this happens, any language learning goals can be achieved.
Senior Trainer
Experience: Over 9 years of teaching English in Vietnam to students of all ages and levels. Using activity based methodology to develop natural language abilities of students.
Philosophy: Creating an environment that will foster students’ confidence in themselves, and foster the enthusiasm for the lessons. Students who look forward to learning tend to succeed.
AIT TESOL Manager & Trainer
Experience: 11 Years of wide-ranging ESL teaching, including 4 years of curriculum design and academic management. Successful creations and facilitation of IELTS test preparation courses. Most notably, all teachings are strongly associated with soft skills.
Philosophy: Learning languages is key to unlocking doors to other cultures.
Senior Trainer
Experience: Over 10 years of experience teaching languages (English / Spanish) to students of all ages and levels, incorporating the use of multiple modern approaches and techniques.
Philosophy: By trialling different approaches and techniques in the classroom, teachers overcome their difficulties. Sharing everything I have learnt throughout my teaching career.
Senior Trainer
Experience: Over 6 years teaching a variety of ages and levels from kindergarten right up to IELTS and business English. With experience ranging in a number of environments, including public schools, language centers, and private tutoring.
