Là một du học sinh về nước, Lương Bảo Ngọc Anh đã tham gia khóa TESOL để được học và cập nhật về Phương pháp giảng dạy tiếng Anh đồng thời sở hữu chứng chỉ TESOL Quốc tế. Tại thời điểm tháng 3.2017, Ngọc Anh là một trong 02 học viên trẻ tuổi nhất Việt Nam tham gia khóa TESOL (17 tuổi).

Không học ĐH Sư phạm vẫn có thể trở thành giáo viên tiếng Anh.
